We recommend the Vibramate V5 for your Gibson ES-355.

We only offer our V5 to work in conjunction with a Bigsby B5.

Thats troubling since the B5 is designed for flat top guitars, the B7 is for thinline archtops. I would not listen to them.

The Vibramate attaches to the stop-bar studs. The idea is that it's completely reversible.

There's also the Les Paul B7 Vibramate, but I don't know if it would work with a Sheraton... I don't think it would, though.

When Setzer came to my town ( Palm Springs/ Coachella) a few years back I was totally stoked when him and the Grench guitar battled. Setzer was awesome.

Boy those Spectra-Sonic Supremes are cool arent they?[/quote']

Are you still in the Valley, or LA??? We saw the Setzer Christmas like 4 years in a row, at the Spotlight Casino and at the Gibson Amphitheater at Universal Studios. The Grinch photo was taken at the Gibson in 2007. Here's a link to all of the Setzer photos.

I bought a Fender Jaguar baritone after seeing the Grinch play the Spectra-Sonic!!!

Right you are and it won't work on a 335 type guitar.

There's a bar on Palm Canyon that has live rock-a-billy bands every now and then, I've been there a couple of times but I really don't know anyone. Forum member John O might know him, he was a DJ in the Valley for a couple of decades so he's much more in tune with the music scene. In fact, he pointed out the bar to me and introduced me to the owner.

I got it new for $500 on a store closeout, sold it last year for $1000. Not a bad turn around!!! I used it it for some instrumentals I was recording, it was a pretty cool sounding beast...
