peeper
We recommend the Vibramate V5 for your Gibson ES-355. We only offer our V5 to work in conjunction with a Bigsby B5. Sincerely' date=' so and so Customer Service[/quote'] Thats troubling since the B5 is designed for flat top guitars, the B7 is for thinline archtops. I would not listen to them. Doc Helliday
jerrymac, When Setzer came to my town ( Palm Springs/ Coachella) a few years back I was totally stoked when him and the Grench guitar battled. Setzer was awesome. Boy those Spectra-Sonic Supremes are cool arent they?

There's also the Les Paul B7 Vibramate, but I don't know if it would work with a Sheraton... I don't think it would, though.
peeper
Just saying the B5 is totally flat, why you would mount that on an archtop is beyond me. Vibramate just impresses me less and less. "Here, put this Floyd rose on your 335 it'll work great!"
salmonlake
These are coming to the UK. They are Emperor Swingsters, not Sheratons but they have the nice hollowbody with Bigsby. http://www.dawsons.co.uk/acatalog/Epiphone_Emperor.html

We saw the Setzer Christmas like 4 years in a row, at the Spotlight Casino and at the Gibson Amphitheater at Universal Studios. The Grinch photo was taken at the Gibson in 2007. Here's a link to all of the Setzer photos. I bought a Fender Jaguar baritone after seeing the Grinch play the Spectra-Sonic!!!

Forum member John O might know him, he was a DJ in the Valley for a couple of decades so he's much more in tune with the music scene. In fact, he pointed out the bar to me and introduced me to the owner.

Not a bad turn around!!! I used it it for some instrumentals I was recording, it was a pretty cool sounding beast...
