cookieman15061
Well off to see Sir Paul Mccartney for an evening of great music and memories. His band really rocks and he's always got some great stories to tell. He's playing Beatles, Wings, solo stuff and even selections from the latest Fireman cd. Should be a fun night. pippy
Fantastic night ahead for you. In the ongoing history of 'Modern Music' Paul McCartney (with all his chums) will certainly be remembered as one of it's very brightest Stars. To see him perform live must surely be an event to be savoured. Good for you.

Big Bill
You're going to have the time of your life. I saw him in the early nineties and he blew my socks off, he played every Beatle's tune I wanted to hear. I was like a teenage girl in the 60's, I even showed him my boobs. Have fun

cookieman15061
Wow just got back from the show and I didn't think he could top the concert I saw at Boston's Fenway a year ago but he did. Still an amazing musician/singer. He did a lot of Beatles of course Helter Skelter, I've Got A Feeling, Back In The USSR. Plenty of mid 70s Wings stuff and just looks like he's still having a blast playing live at 68. And yes he did play the casino because it's the guitar he used to record Day Tripper and he mentioned it right before he went into the opening riff. I can't wait to go back tomorrow. Did he do anything of the "Band on the run" album?(still one of the milestones in pop history) As a teenager when those mid 70s Wings albums were topping the charts I would buy em the day the hit the store His current show is loaded with songs from Band on the Run and Venus and Mars. Jet, Band on the Run, Mrs. Vanderbilt, 1985, Let Me Roll It, Venus and Mars/ Rockshow , Letting Go all from those albums and much of it never done live before. Fantastic night! cookieman15061
Well the second show was excellent also but the audience was even more juiced than the opening night crowd. I told my wife that there was a real buzz in the air and sure enough as soon as the house lights went down the place was rockin'. He's an amazingly gifted musician and plays 2 different Les Pauls, the Casino, Martin and Texan acoustics, Mandolin, Ukelele, the Hofner bass and Piano. I don't no how much longer he plans to tour but if you get the chance to see him live, don't hesitate. One of music's true legends.
