Dub-T-123
Well just keep in mind if you want the guitar and you like it and the price is right you don't have to be friends with the seller. You only have to see him once then you get his guitar.

I know, it was tongue in cheek, but sarcasm doesn't come across the internet. I'm really looking at getting a Strat too, maybe try and swing a deal where I get one of each... I like some of the Gretsch models too.
Golem
Part of me wants to fxck this because the seller is raising the price... but I really want it... I might walk. This sucks, I have been having tons of bad luck recently If it were me, I'd cease all contact immediately. You owe no explanation. The seller has forfeited his "right" to the courtesy of an explanation. This is no longer a question of price. I will never do "as-is, where-is, final sale" with persons of questionable integrity. That means NO contact. The only "positive" thing you could hope for in further contact is a return to your agreed-upon earlier price ... which would encourage you to go ahead and purchase goods from a person who has already given you enough reason to doubt his integrity. YOU NEVER SPOKE TO HIM ... NOR READ HIS LISTING, NOR EVER HEARD OF HIM. That part of you which wants to say "fxck this" is the part of you that has a solid clue about where your "tons of bad" luck originates. `

Golem
I'm not gonna like ***** the guy out or anything, by saying fxck this, I mean I would stop... that's it. Right. Thaz all I meant, too. I understood you OK in first place. I was mainly emphasising that you cease all contact cuz you don't even wanna hear him back pedal to his earlier price ... as that may blind you to the red flag. He can back pedal the price, but he can't back pedal that red flag ! His loss of cred sticks, forever. He's a stranger and thaz the rules. Enjoy your new white ax. Hope you found an OK seller. They are out there in the jungle, too. Just follow the Law of the Jungle, thaz all I mean. `
