My avitar is supposed to move, and it doesn't yet......The horror. Your avatar is broken. Possibly from it being resized either by you or the forum uploader. I saved it to my destop and took a look at the properties. It has a frame count of 1. That means it is still an animated gif, but there is only one frame. If you have the original animated gif and you need it resized, save it as an animated gif as opposed to just a gif if you have the option. You may not be able to save it as animated in certain programs. Sometimes if you just "save" instead of "save as" or "export", it will stay in its original format. Try uploading your original .gif to a image hosting site & change your avatar settings to link from the host. Haven't tried it, but it may work.
