cookieman15061
Every once in a while the planets align and something unexpectedly wonderful leaves you speechless. It may be something as simple as a terrific lyricist, in this case Leonard Cohen, and beautiful voices, the Canadian Tenors. My wife played this for me and I got goose bumps. Enjoy. BigKahune
Nice, but I'm not sure what they were going for here. It's not the kind of material I would expect in a choral type arrangement. For me it's missing the emotional impact of the original arrangement. Rufus Wainwright did a version I liked, more in keeping with the original and very successful.
