neilpanda
in show by bryan adams, he performs the song "heaven" in a guild and WHOA! A BIGSBY? looks like a B11 or B12 but wow! I never knew bigsbys could go on acoustics! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z7b37l_B4vI
brundaddy
Been thinking of doing that myself. I thought I had an original idea for once until I say a Martin AL with a factory Bigsby.
Riffster
A guitar tech at GC was talking about this a couple of years ago, he said a friend of his had one. He also said every time the bigsy was used even if so ever sightly the notes would die quick. Not a good fit on acoustic guitars unless you make some other modifications. TommyK
Bigsby? Eh? Song was nicely done. Interesting stage set-up. Drummer, KB and another musican with backs to audience. It's as if they were sitting outside a circle jam.
BigKahune
With a Bigsby on a standard acoustic, the break angle over the saddle sucks. If the guitar was designed for the Bigsby, with a higher saddle (like and archtop), the break angle would be much better.
Thundergod
Why not? Sounds like a good idea if you are into acoustics.
