PBS has aired alot of the old Britcoms here over the years.

I love the old shows especially from the 70's and 80's.

Monty Python

Fawlty Towers

Fall And Rise Of Reginald Perin

Allo Allo

Are You Being Served?

Good Neighbors

Red Dwarf

Black Adder

and of course Benny Hill

I've been watching the shows in the area I live in since the 70's. They used to have the shows late nite on the PBC.. I"d watch Saturday Night Live, then on PBC I'd watch, Are you being served, Monty Python, and others untill morning. My favorite Comedian was Benny Hill. I still watch BBC America on Dish TV. I like English comedy, It's a lot like Southern comedy. [biggrin]

That's just like British humour.

When my brother's on tour calls me and just says 'hello you bastard'. It just fun.

British humour is being eroded by do gooders.

When we say ' just nip to the 'paki' shop. We're not being offensive. They came from Pakistan. Just like oz, Brit, yank.

It's all being taken out of context. It's a shame really. As it's putting up barriers and causing hatred.

We had the 'Sikh' influx here years ago and they're the nicest people. I work for them and they treat me great. Pay me on time. Make me drinks. It's a shame that stupid people are making life miserable.
