Andy R
Shred, Here are some pics that will help you out. This is based on the Dimarzio wiring code. You need to get a 500K push pull pot and make sure you get the right shaft length! Your pickup(s) Should currently be wired like this. I only labeled and colored 1 pickup but the neck pick up should be the same.... If you want the tap to be the volume control wire it like this. ( you can also wire the other pick-up to the extra set of lugs on the push/pull pot and coil tap both pickups with one pot. If you want the tone control to be the coil tap then wire it this way. Same thing as above in that you can use it to tap both pickups... Hope this helps. Let me know if you have any questions, Andy
Kimbabig
Cool Andy, my V has coil taps, I recorded this song as a demo of my coil taps and my carbon copy, sorry if this seems self promotional, I know it sucks. Distant Lands I called it My link

djroge1
I have a tele that I'm installing new pups which I'm also installing a 4 way switch and a push/pull. The extra position on the 4 way places the pups in series and the push/pull will be in/out of phase.
