Just as good quality wise as the German stuff . Its made in Japan. Yopu do not need to use the ones which are supplied with the 1511 and IMO might just as well use the existing bushings and posts. The 1511 fits right on the stock posts. No sense trying to remove the stock ones you may damage the finish. Most of us just take the old bridge off and replace it with the gotoh and toss the bushings. Those Gotoh and the Gotoh made tone pro bridges come with the bushing etc. just so people who need them for builds have them to install on guitars that otherwise have none installed. You could use the new supplied posts I guess but IMO its no requierd. Unless you go for the nickel finished one. But seeing as your tail piece is chrome IMO get the Chrome 1511.
