It’s difficult to say whether yours is Plekked or not, as it appears to be an early 2007. Currently, all Gibson Custom guitars (which includes Memphis) are Plekked. I don't use wimpy .010s on my guitars, and to have a nice Gibson permanently altered to accommodate them would be a damn shame. Just my virtual $0.02.
