scmglotr
Im looking into a new amp and am leaning toward a blackstar ht stage 60. I plan on playing one next time I go to the music store. I like the options the BS gives and was wondering if any of you have one or played one and what do think of the quality and reliability of the relatively new brand. Any opinions on build and sound are greatly appreciated. Thanks, Chris
ShredAstaire
I love my HT-40...its easy to dial in some good tones and she's very loud... Here's a couple of vids I did the day I got it to test some tones... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lm7KKhUmU7U http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5jlfFVMaOFY But as always, go play it yourself to see if you like it. Bring your guitar!
krock
They're all really good amps. I prefer the smaller ones because I can get a better tone at lower volumes. +1 on trying it out first
chrisnorthw
I have a Blackstar HT Club 40 and no regrets in purchasing, 2 cleans, 2 gains and plenty loud. Check some out and decide for yourself!
manse
Played one. Liked it a lot. In fact, it stood up pretty well next to my Marshall 30th Anniversary head in the studio...
Duende
That is a great demo Shred; I love the chunky sound you're getting I love my little HT - 1 - if I had to buy another amp for rock/metal, I think I would get a bigger Blackstar.
