Thanks for the heads up LE, I'm pretty sure I know who that is, I can tell by his shoes framed in the first pic, many of his pics have the same feature.

It is him, I have that pic saved already, I usually save members pics and he has his own directory of over 80 pics, he also has/had one of the best collections of Epis around, if not the best, it's a shame he's selling them, one thing I will add is whoever buys it will be extremely happy with it, he's meticulous looking after them.

Sorry for all the "he"s, I don't think I should reveal his name without his knowledge, I'm sure many members will know who it is also.

This is what a new baby girl will do.

Kids strain the pocketbook and littlest ones don't leave much time for playing.

As they say about child rearing: "The first 40 years are the hardest".

Hey guys, as you can see I am not really motivated to sell them. If someone will meet my price then I might be swayed but they are hard to part with. The problem is they don't get used as much as they should. I have two Gibson LP's and when I am in an LP mood I usually grab the R9. Those Elitists are just as good though and that is the sad part. I don't feel they are better or worse just a lateral move. I could use some extra cash( who couldn't) but when it comes to guitars like that is it really worth it? Not sure if I could ever replace them. Some guy had the audacity to offer me 500 for the Tak Matsumoto! I didn't even reply.

Does that answer your question? I decided to keep them as I made the mistake (fortunately) of taking them out to play tonight. The Elitist instruments are just absurdly good and I just think I would be crazy to part with them. I see the prices keep climbing too and the Casino is not 1800! wow! I own two Custom Shop Les Pauls and though they are more expensive they are not necessarily better, just different.

Good for you Svet,... the Elitist line will only go up in value. I can't see Gibson reintroducing the lineup anytime soon. I purchased the Elitist Casino ( for $1800) early this year and do not for a second regret it.
