Searcy
I'm thinking about getting a Stetsbar tremolo for my SG. What kind of issues can I expect?
Ryan H
Just keep your nut lubed and clear of any debris, and it should work flawlessly.
Searcy
That seems to be what most are saying about it. I always get nervous when I can't find anything negative about a product on the web though.
BigKahune
. I've used Bigsby, Maestro, Les Trem, Floyd, Fender - they all work fine as long as the nut is properly maintained and lube and there's no snag/pinch at the saddle. I haven't used the Stetsbar, but I've thought about acquiring one and looked into them. The mechanics and engineering look good and they look like they're manufactured well. Seems to me like they would operate well too. I've seen a post or two from members that have purchased one and they were happy with the results. . Riffster
I have always been curious but the price was so high, I see now that they are much more reasonably priced.
Searcy
They are between $200 and $300 now depending on the finish.
Riffster
I saw that, the nickel finish is sexy and I like the way these things look, They used to be like $500 smackers, I remember seeing an ad on a magazine and though: what a great idea! then saw the price.
