E-minor7
Just found out there is a parade of sound samples on the Ww. Guitars site. Get several tabs up and running and be ready for the big A/B/C/D etc. What a splendid and utterly welcome idea. Focus and enjoy : http://www.wildwoodg...tics/gibson.htm
duluthdan
Greg Koch is a very versatile player - he is having WAY too much fun with all this wood. A great marketing idea - three cheers for Wildwood.
Del Nilppeznaf
Great way to hear the difference in between different models. Also get a good feel of how the New Vintage ( which I summise won't be toooo different from the True Vintage ) sound compared to the Standards. BigKahune
. Very cool Em7 That must be a recent addition to the site - the last time I visited it those comparisons and videos weren't there. Thanks for the heads up! . B) .

E-minor7
Enjoyable ... but the guy in the beret is excruciatingly annoying ! He is slightly over top yes – and to some degree it messes with the good intentions of the tests. All fine that he gets so much around, but he seems to underrate and almost out-count the more gentle and calm side of the acoustic realm. In the restless equilibristic chase over the fretboard, it's possible to recognize glimpses ones own identity and style, thus imagine the guitars in ones own hands, yet why this faster than life speed. Is he on speed. . . . . Still the idea is better than good. To A/B that way is a scoop. But listen to those not broken in Birds. Not much glaze dripping from this mans touch. EuroAussie
Yes, I thought the Birds were the least impressive of the guitars tested. To my ears the first sample of the J-45TV was the stand out example. An absolute cracker.
