Putmonk
I think I'd throw my back out playing that one. Really, it isn't that hard.... Try it a couple off times and you should be able to grab this one. It is form John Mayer St. Patrick's day. Hard song to learn, but man isn't it great! GuitarLight
Hard choice, I love them all but Em is one simple chord I love to dig into and mix, it blends so well and adds depth to so many other chords.
fortyearspickn
Every time I strum a 5th-fret barred A chord on my J-45, I think to myself, that is the chord this guitar was made to play. Every note just sounds right, it rings out dry and sweet without much in the way of overtones, it intonates perfectly, and compresses if I hit it hard. Is there a particular chord that, to your ear, sounds just perfect on your guitar? Does it vary from one instrument to the next? This has been my favorite too - for several years. Not very exotic, but floats my boat, especially when picking up a 'new' guitar for the first time. Sort of a benchmark chord in my mind. There are lots of other great chords which I've found only sound cool in the context of a particular song. "Girl From Ipanema" is a good example.
