britabe
while i know there are many variations for different applications, i find that my fave pup setting on both this new lp traditional and my epi lp standard is: both pups on with the neck rolled off just a bit (6-7ish) and both tones up. djroge1
On my LP I like the both pick-ups on, but cut the coil on the bridge and out of phase.

Ian Martin
I live dangerously. Everything full throttle. The only exception is when I'm doing "toggle-switch tremolo," in which case the neck is down.

That's a pretty generic answer, don't you have a favorite sound; one that you have a tendency to use more than ohter others or as a starting point? nikko18
in my opinion you shouldn't have just one favorite setting you always use, i switch about mine all the time depending on how i want to sound. if you ever watch vidos of famous guitarist like lets say jimmy page, he is switching it up all the time, even during song not just for each song. so switch it up im am now +1000000000000 myself!!!! x]
