...So does that mean that say my 2008 Standard and Tribute (and god forbid my Classic) are not made from "Genuine" Mahogany? :o...

I was led to believe that Gibson uses 'genuine' mahogany whereas Epi uses the other types of mahogany-like woods which, although they aren't 'genuine' mahogany, can still be called 'mahogany'.

To be serious.. I dont really care.. I love my guitars so whatever..

 

But after your last post I went and had a look at the site.. Most DONT say genuine Mahogany..... So who knows..

Well, It's cheaper than a classic custom here in the UK. A great price. It a similar price to the studio.

It doesn't say if it comes with a case. But you can get a decent one for £50. On the subject of cases. I'd say it's best to replace the Gibson one anyway if you're gigging. It's a thief magnet having 'Gibson' on the case.
