I found $50 in the parking lot at Costco today.
I asked myself, what would Jesus do? So I went back in and turned it into wine.

American Bourbon.
I can see Kentucky from my front yard/kitchen window. Go there many times a week.
People there say ALL Bourbon is made in Kentucky. If it's not made in Kentucky, it's just whiskey.
It's the law...

If you need any other insights about why Americans do stuff that's crazy, just ask. I have to live with this sh!t, lol.
Yea, like you Polish people don't have issues...

I love that album.
I did a lot of low budget solo multi-track stuff in my day and just always dug the tone and rawness of that album.

I'm smoking a 15 pounder on the Traeger with mesquite.
We don't always agree, just like most families, but we own and play some of the finest guitars ever built.
The guitars that made iconic music from every generation since their inception and continue to this day.
And that's not to mention the mandolin that created an entire genre, banjos that are the industry standard and instruments that have brought joy to young and old over tube radios and digital streaming alike.
Thanks, Orville.
Here's to us...

I paid more for my two Parker USA guitars.
Gigging for a living, and 13 years later, there is no noticeable fret wear (Hardened stainless steel frets
I plan to use stainless on my J-45 and J-15 when the time comes.
I love 'em.

What a wonderful song and bless The Beatles. Very sad that John and George are no longer here.
I agree. It's a miracle this was made at all. Of course it's not Earth changing or "mind blowing", but thanks to everyone involved in the process, I'm sure it was a work of love to all involved.

If you own too much stuff, it's hard to keep track of and protect and eventually it owns you.
Good on Mark for wanting to downsize and keep the stuff he loves the most.

My father (who served during WWII) had two sisters that married servicemen who also served during WWII. These two women (my aunts, of course) refused to buy anything made in Japan or Germany for their entire lives.
Priorities.

I'd give you a great trade deal. The best trade deal ever in history.

Its hard to find anything fully made in the USA anymore. I haven't seen clothes made here for decades. Electronics. Even food is shipped.
Round House jeans are 100% American. Mesa amps used to be mostly American, not sure now. We have farmers markets and local butcher/food sources around here.

Man, I'm glad I quit drinking back in 2010.
I've probably saved millions of dollars...

In the early 80s my father gave me his Springfield Reliance 22, that he got new in 1934 for $2.98.
Mighty fine.
I still have the Browning T-Bolt .22 my dad gave me when I turned 10.

I feel the same way you do. We do that as much as humanly possible. when you have young grandchildren, the reality is we're limited.
It's a challenge for young kids, but worth the effort.

I make these at my shop here in the US: https://redbeartrading.com/
The others are mere copies!
You make casein picks? With your hands? I'm impressed.
I have to agree, RedBear was doing it first, but I've never been able to buy anything there due to limited availability.

It's a way of making it appear to being doing more than one is actually doing.
