dc3c46
Anyone uses this software? Can you recommend it?
tlwwalker
I have used this for years. I find it very helpful and I recommend it. The software is not free, but the tab files you find online are. Be aware, the tab files are contributed for free by transcribers all over the world. They can range in accuracy from excellent/perfect to coarse. Together with other learning tools it has helped me improved my playing. I say, "go for it." Mr. C.O. Jones
My ex used Guitar Pro. I use Tuxguitar, very similar. It was freeware when I downloaded it. Works with GP tabs.
deeman
I have 4.0 I mainly use a program called tabit as I find it easier to use but I'll get the occasional GP tab for a song not found on the tabit site.
surfpup
Got me curious now... what does the software do?
rocketman
You can create tabs and music scores with it, including drums and keyboards. I have it and it's not bad. I also have Finale, which can do a whole lot more. But for simple parts GuitarPro is nice and easy.
