Sgt. Pepper
He was one of the original Moodies and their drummer. He passed away yesterday. He was 80. I saw them 3 times. Edited November 12, 2021 by Sgt. Pepper
Hall
That is sad news to me. I saw them every time they were near back then and until in later years. He was the "White Eagle" as is said.
Whitefang
Never saw them( due to never an opportunity) and were unfamiliar with any personnel, but as I did like a lot of their output I'll join in on the "bummer" chants. It does get sad to learn of another music "hero" dies, especially a member of a band that hails from my youth to remind me I'm not really all that far behind them. I really do hope he's resting in peace. Whitefang
jdgm
R.I.P. I saw them twice - tremendous live band as most of them sang harmonies. They could play.
