Madmacke Posted February 13, 2023 Share Posted February 13, 2023 (edited) Bought this brand new Gibson sg almost a week ago and it came with this strange cosmetic issue. Has anyone seen this kind of defect before? My guess i that the surface is uneven but u cant feel it with your finger. Just wondering why you didn't post a picture of the actual guitar. That looks like a picture of a monitor with the guitar in question on the screen. The "defect" looks like it's part of the edge of a white table, or something in the reflection of where the photo was taken. When they said, "My guess is that the surface is uneven but u cant feel it with your finger", it sounded as if maybe they were quoting the posting for the instruments sale.
