ksdaddy
Gawd, I can't even bring myself to vote! I prefer a J45 sunburst over a J50 natural but prefer the natural hippie austerity of a Seagull acoustic vs. any attempt at sunburst they may try. It just ain't right I tells ya! But then with J200s I'm split right down the middle. Either is sexy.
ballcorner
I own one cherry burst guitar and I think it is simply the most beautiful finish for a guitar despite it not being the most fitting. I also love blue guitars, which were not on the list!!
Rosewoody
Donovan had a bright green jumbo, like an SJ 200, but made, I think, by Tony Zemaitas. It featured a red star with its points emanating from the soundhole (I think). Sounds grotesque, but has grown on me as I reflect back. Weird, with character. TheLiveSoundGuy
I can't choose either. I like this finish, or this one.
charlie brown
I love "Natural," especially Nitro, that's a bit aged! Second choice would be Aged Vintage Burst. CB
Gilliangirl
Here it is http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UVrPsllj6AA Oh my!! He must have a thing for colored guitars..... here's another one. I didn't see purple with white stars and a moon-shaped soundhole in the poll. ;-)
hlarry14
For me it depends on the guitar. For most acoustics I prefer natural, but a really well done sunburst can be very attractive. I know this is the acoustic forum, but for electrics I think it's even more dependant on the guitar - I have a Les Paul with a light burst (see my avatar) that I think is just about perfect for a LP, but I also have a PRS that is perfect in a natural finish.
