Rockin365 Posted May 13, 2009 Share Posted May 13, 2009 Oh well, the day has come to have more teeth out, (second lot of 4), Am not looking forward to it, I dont get on very good at dentists, havn't been for yrs, hence why I gotta have 'em out. :) I passed out in the chair 3 weeks ago on having the anesthetic to take out the first lot of 4. Still got another 9 to come out after this visit too. :o( My mates think it is hilarious that they can now call me gummy or make denture references! Great Band. R.I.P. Liked the Ozzy vid of 'in my life', Clever possibly the first time i've ever seen slash and ozzy on stage together although I could have done but dont remember, lol ;o) Iron Maiden will always hold a very special place in my heart. Brilliant band. My bro met Bruce Dickenson while he was building his flying hours to become a commercial pilot. Unfortunatly my bro suffered a deflated lung and then the terrorist action twin towers totally put a spanner in the works for him becoming a commercial pilot :o( He does still fly though and made a full recovery from lung problem. 'He has never smoked or done drugs', just shows you how fragile life is. [/quote'] Marrilion were great, I had the pleasure of seeing them a few times back in the mid 80's Forgotton Sons is a great song, if you havn't allready check these vids of the song with great performance, part 1 part 2 we named (or rather mostly I named) our daughter Kayleigh after the song Kayleigh. Store-boughts go into the mouth as soon as the tooth-pulling ends at each session. I think I'll try some really howlin' blues and just strummin' chords 'stedda finer technique. I fear my teeth went the same way as yours for the same same reasons. + nasty substances we shan't go into. [/quote'] I wish you all the best of luck with that Milod, I hope they get it done without to much stress on you. Playin' the blues sound's like a great way to celebrate teeth pulling! I just got back from my trip. Guess it wasn't too bad though I think it's just the needles I dont like. The noise of them pulling the teeth isn't particularly pleasant either. One of mine was so firmly fixed in the dentist was practicly screwing it out of my mouth, at one point I thought my jaw was gonna break! I think she had a Snap-On toolbox by her bench, I closed my eyes when I saw stainless steel I didn't wanna see what she was pulling it with! Thank the almighty anasthetic! That's some hardcore pain relief! Well thanks everyone for your posts today youv'e definatly made today a lot more bearable. I know a lot of you maybee thinking whats the fuss it's only the dentist. Thing is Iv'e had a phobia of dentists since 13yrs old and today I think I may have beaten the fear! So again thanks guys and girls. All the best of rock 'n' roll to all of you. Unfortunatly they didn't and I was too light headed to think about that. My wife bless her has just gone to find a shop thats still open that has hardcore painkillers. I have a funny feeling she will be coming back with anadin though! Im ok thanks for asking, Ive got the a cave big enough to pothole in where my teeth were though! Ive gone through several sets of cotton wool so far, I do hope it stops bleeding soon! I think I will be drinking cold coffee through a straw to avoid the migraine too!
