Melody Maker vs. Junior

No Rocky' date=' it was between a lp goldtop and a lp custom. A few days ago. What's your point?[/quote']

It's all in the fingers and how you can play.......... you can make almost any guitar sound awesome if you know how to work it

Given your conviction that it's all in the fingers, and the indisputable fact that this is the second time you've conducted the same poll in less than a week, I would respectfully wonder what YOUR point is.

Cruz, I did'nt join this forum to be harrassed, I wanted to share some of my knowledge and also learn from others. It was a simple fun poll question, period. It's always interesting to see what other players like. When you can join the ranks of what I have accomplished as a professional studio player and one who toured for 15 years, then you can ask the questions. My point is, find something constructive to do other than criticize others. Go practice your chops. POOF!!!!!!!!!!!

Now, now, try to calm yourself, it was a simple enough request for clarification; not a call to demonstrate your manhood. hobbyhorse_smilie.gif

'Sides, I was playing out when you were still staying home with mommie there, Bunkie; why on earth would I care about what you think you've accomplished? It obviously means a great deal to you. bling_smilie.gif Isn't that enough?

It would appear the question shall remain unanswered. You must have missed the part about respect. No worries.

I was actually referring to my first pro gigs which took place when you were about 4 years of age. But it's OK to talk about tractors and corn' date=' too. Whatever makes you happy. Really.

Thank you, doublecutjr, it's been a long time since anyone's welcomed me here. I appreciate your courtesy. And may I return the welcome with the sincere hope that you'll enjoy your time here as much as I have mine. As for the avatar animations, I suspect you'll find something that satisfies your need to express yourself. But if you have any problems figuring out how to do something, you have but to ask. We are, for the most part, very willing to help 'round here.

You'll be needing to learn how to post pics of your gear unless you want to wear the Unicorn title. We LOVE guitar-porn!

Have a great day!

You've gone back and reread your own posts in this thread right? hmmmmm

I get the feeling that it's a case of unfamiliarity with posting customs. When noobs get accustomated to the place and how folks here express themselves, it's a lot more comfy for them...as well as us.
