Back before youse kids was around ...'bout 2001-2002 ...I reckon.. there was a place called Mars...and that's where I remember seeing the LP Deluxes when they were clearing them out for like $249... I remember thinking the blue was pretty cool looking (I think they also came in red...maybe one other color)...so I think they were made for Mars...which has since gone the way of the mastodon. ...and Al's your uncle. I remember hearing about Epi Deluxes before, in the old forum... probably another one of those bad ideas, since, in the end analysis, the LP Deluxe was never much more than a low-budget hack of the real deal.
