fenrirlupus
Hang around long enough and you to will have it!i already did have it before i came here, and somehow i keep coming up with stuff when i have no money, and end up w/o debt. crazy? a wii w/ guitar hero. still not sure how i got $250, and guitar hero is the most expensive Christmas present i ever got. not technically guitar/gear but it's what inspired me to get a guitar in the first place i got a computer. $200 from my parents for Christmas, my best friend pitched in a couple hundred and i did yard work for his family. my guitar: $200, most expensive birthday present i have ever (or will ever) get. $3.00 for an adapter and i forget how much for a cable, i used my computer to play it (that's why i mentioned the computer, i used garageband until...) my parents were annoyed that i was always (i mean nearly 24/7, literally until my fingers bled and beyond) playing, they wanted to use the phone/their computer in the same room, so they got pissed off and bought me and amp (which is NOT like them, i don't know what's gotten into them lately. we never take vacations either and yet we took a trip to New Orleans this summer...) $150 for an amp with a $400+ msrp... what next? well, my current symptoms include... Boss RT20 leslie simulator expression pedal for the boss electro harmonix HOG equalizer pedal sheraton casino Man I'm gonna have G.A.S. until my fingers fall off from playing too much... oh yeah, and in 7 months of playing i'm only on my second set of strings, so i need to replace those again... and now I'm entering all of the gibson contests just on the off chance that i can get something... :| not to mention, I'm also an organist... on a crappy synth keyboard from the 90's... so i want a Hammond xk1 or something similar for a lower price... no way I'm going to get that... (and the keyboard is part of the reason i want the Leslie simulator and a HOG, because the HOG could work as makeshift "drawbars" once I'm not a minor anymore I'm gonna be broke because of college tuition, taxes, housing, and G.A.S... But I'll be happy so +1 for me then, just one more year of high school for now... :-
dbirchett
There is no cure for G.A.S. The malady is lifelong but not terminal unless your spouse develops a serious reaction. Although there is no cure, symptoms can sometimes be temporarily alleviated by Frequently Applied Retail Therapy. They are trying to come up with an acronym for that. dbirchett
ROFLMAO! Did you just come up with that? Not really, I have posted it on other forums as well. I saw a similar comment awhile back, didn't write it down and this is as close as I remember. Theirs was probably funnier.
pohatu771
If you don't have any income, you don't need to pay taxes... Or, if you don't have any income the state knows about...
