gvdv
Hi Folks, I haven't posted here in a while, and apologize for asking this question, but - as has been the case for as long as I have been on these forums - the 'search' function never works for me. Are Elitist Casinos still being sold by Epiphone? I know someone in the U.K. who is interested, and was wondering if they're still being made. I'm quite pleased with my 'ordinary's Chinese Casino, although I, too, would like an Elitist at some point. Thanks, GVDV
davidg3333
Follow this link and you will find an Epiphone Revolution Casino for a mere $2600 or a 1965 Elitist Casino for $1500. I don't know what import duties would be into the UK. http://guitars.musiciansfriend.com/navigation/epiphone-guitars-basses-accessories-semi-hollow-body-electric-guitars?N=100001+306242+200990 Edited to add - Casino's are the only semi-hollowbody elitists still made. Hungrycat
Casino's are the only semi-hollowbody elitists still made. The Casino is the only Elitist still made period, regardless of type. (And the Casino is fully hollow.)

Larry1281734007
I just ordered an Elitist Casino from Sweetwater on the net. They don't have a firm delivery date, but there are still shipments coming in from Japan. I think they are the only Elitist models still made. I have a 1997 Peerless Korean model, but always wanted an Elitist.

jonnyg
Here ya go... http://www.guitarampkeyboard.com/en/79384 GAK have been "expecting stocks" for about as long as I can remember. I'm pinning my hopes on the "Inspired By Lennon" model which is supposed to arrive elsewhere sometime around now.

nsureit
I acquired a B-stock Casino Elitist a few months ago. I can't find any flaws that may have been repaired, and I got it for <$1K.
bluelake07
With so few Elitist Casinos being produced recently (they always seem to be backordered), I'm wondering if the upcoming Inspired by Lennon model will replace the Elitist and be the new halfway guitar between the regular and the Revolution.
