neilpanda
I picked up my Epi before a sound check at the hall with the band, and I felt that I was lacking tone. so I thought for a bit, and earlier today I thought about p90s. Ive been looking around and Im liking the seymour duncan P-Rails. but I wanna know if there are any other HB sized P90s there are that I should look at. Thanks Beast Well, the other's here, have mentioned good choices, for that. I've often wondered about putting in some TV Jones Filter-trons, for that edgier, and rounder tone, and still have "humbucking" quite. Been tempted, a time or two, to get a Korean or Chinese Sheraton, and put some of those pickups in it. Don't want to change my current Sheri...as it's a mini-humbucker version. Time will tell... ;>) CB
Silenced Fred
Gibson P94. But also, seriously look into TV Jones as CB mentioned, those are wicked sweet. Really cool sounds, especially with a ton of distortion
retrosurfer1959
I have a set of TV jones in a Gretsch and they really are nice pickups. I just put a set of p-rails in a faded SG I bought used for a rebuild and I really am liking them though very flexible pickup with a lot of combinations. Fralin makes a nice one also.
