Guest farnsbarns
why is there a limit to to the positive votes you can have in a day? Makes them more meaningful to those that care I suppose!

TommyK
So you can't plus up your or someone else's account ad infinitum. Luckily you are limited to only one minus per day.

damian
why is there a limit to to the positive votes you can have in a day? The positive votes are based on a Gibson alnico V pickup; Six positive magnets....... The negative vote (1 per day ) is based on an EMG pickup.................... TommyK
So they don't get even more meaningless or futile. It is meaningless or futile. I know of a guy with 500+ points who got banned anyways.
BigKahune
. For those that don't know - You can look at anyone's profile (click their avatar) and see where the "+" and "-" are accumulated - in the member's "reputation" score - a "+" bumps the score up 1 and a "-" bumps it down one. Yes, you can have a negative "reputation". You could have 500 points and still do something naughty enough to get suspended or banned.
