drathbun
I love the song "Even in the Quietest Moments". I play it on my Taylor 12 all the time. :)
EuroAussie
See, this was the problem (one of many) with the 80's. It forced talented artists to write songs way below their abilities to satisfy the record company execs of the time, this being a good example. roughdiamond
the '80's and 12 strings could be so unsatisfying so I got thru with just let it be and an answering machine (remember those tape thingy's)
E-minor7
Larger than life Supertramp made some brilliant stuff – never bought their records, but always liked the act. Give a Little Bit was among the favorites and I recently learned to play it for a small bar gig. This guy btw. fell through the roof of his house and broke both his hands/underarms, did you know that. According to his own words, it made him wake up. What a significant voice to carry -

So this guy was with Supertramp? That would explain why I am not particularly taken with him. That band will get me changing the radio station in a heartbeat. merseybeat1963
I'd read he had an accident but didn't know how. I liked the songs & his voice but the band was so good ,it was a real drop off when he did his solo records with other musicians.
