Greg Jacob Posted April 10, 2013 Share Posted April 10, 2013 try fender bullets, there's no twist or a string with a ball end. I don't know if they are better now or if it was my MIM Strat at the time (1992), but those Fender Bullet strings would break all the time (right at the saddle).
