the dog Posted November 8, 2014 Share Posted November 8, 2014 Yes. ...and installed GT Saddles and put a Black toggle-switch cap on. I call it 'Black Gold'. I have Gibson Chrome p/u Covers on the way as well. I also got a customized TRC that says 'Signature' and has a 'T' below it. The '57 Classic and '57 Classic Plus stay. The solid Trad w/ 50s neck is crying out for the 490R and 498T combo. Who am I to argue?!? I agree with your Trad. The 490R/498T is a killer combo, I have them in my LPC which wood-wise is quite close to yours.
