Mr. Gibson
I went to a match when I was a kid, Andre walked by me on his way to the ring, he was a huge man. Pictures can't capture the size of that man.
Retired
1517335757[/url]' post='1913647']I went to a match when I was a kid, Andre walked by me on his way to the ring, he was a huge man. Pictures can't capture the size of that man. Yes, a bunch of them came here way back to put on a show and used Gold's Gym to work out at the night before their match. I got to see a bunch of them lift weights. Incredible, some bench pressed 8 to 10 - 45 pound plates total plus the bar of course which weighs 45 pounds. I read way back that Lou Ferrigno could eat 4 complete chickens in one meal and did that all the time trying to gain muscle weight. Mind you...these guys all did mega steroids back then. Arnold once ate a whole chicken then claimed that just went to his right bicep. Yeah, pro bodybuilders would eat around 8,000 calories a day in their off season building muscle. These guys were Power Lifters. They didn't care about their waist lines.
