retrosurfer1959
Dont get the problem or why this is bad on Gibsons part why would the Dark Fire and Dusk Tiger boxes be expected to work with each other there not the same guitar?
Mr. Natural
What does it matter? Who's buying those guitars anyway? Huh?
Mark
I guess my point is why make a product that you have to worry about power supplies, software, firmware, or reading about issues. I have a 335, Studio and a PRS and I have never had to think about it powering up with a wrong voltage or burning out some circuit that is only factory fixed. I just think the whole digital, battery, software guitars, suck Because after a few years when it won't work they'll tell you that its out of date and there is no support. pohatu771
I don't try to connect my friends' Dell or HP power supplies to my MacBook Pro, and I don't try to run Windows software on OS X. The only time it becomes an issue is if you don't want your guitars to move past 1961. It's a lot better than Gibson tells their customers this than to have them plug their Dark Fire charger into their Dusk Tiger (or the other way around) and damage it. badbluesplayer
Dark Fire and Dusk Tiger are bad names for guitars. Sheesh, Gibson - If you want stupid names, I could think up some for you all. How about: Garbage Squeegee Low Axe Bad Axe Nice Axe w/ Dumb Name Dust Sweeper Puddle Licker Shower Needer
