That's really cool looking, some of the best sounding amps have had Jensens that I played.

 

if I may ask, where'd you get the shirt?

btw, anyone here have experience with new Jensens, mainly the vintage alnico line? I want to replace the mushy sounding stock Eminence 12" in my Deluxe Reverb reissue and I was looking at a P12Q or a P12N. Reviews online are mixed. Most people either love them or complain that they do not measure up to the original made in Chicago ones. I think anything is better than those crappy stock Eminence.

I'm pretty sure my old Kustom has some kind of old Jensen's in it. I don't know how to tell though.

 

Speakers are coded just like potentiometers, the first few numbers are the manufacturers code.

 

A few of the more popular guitar speakers:

220 Jensen

67 Eminence

465 Oxford

285 Rola
