This guitar DEFINES the word "MOJO"

My 1968 Yamaha FG150 Red Label (Nippon Gakki)has plenty 'o Mojo! My wife calls it the "hippie guitar". This thing has lived most of its life out of the case and played hard. I've reset the neck and put a bone nut and saddle in it and rosewood bridge pins. Sounds sweet!

I think National built the Mojo into everything they turned out of the shop before WWII. Never seen one that did not have it.

Here ya go - 1931/32 Duolian.

That thing is scary and amazing

"Mojo" = "Showing significant signs of use", I guess. O:)

This is my '27-ish Nick Lucas.

Might as well toss my mojos in too.

The first was made in Vietnam in the 60s or 70s. The finish is extremely brittle and delicate so all this mojo was not really 'earned', it was probably just handled normally!

THIS one took about 150 years to get this 'look':
