What is your personal guitar setup

10s on solid bodies, 11s with wound 3rd on hollow and semi-hollow. Going with 11 flat wound on SH550 when it comes in. 12 on acoustic. All set low.

Depends on the guitar.

On my R0, my action is set at about 1.5 /64ths at the high E and 3/64 at the low. Pretty low.

On the ES-339, it is set at factory height of 3/64 at the high E and 5/64 at the low for medium action.

10's on all my electrics with medium picks.

Used to use 9's but now find them too flimsy.

I'm a Low, 10's, medium guy.... Lots of classical players use there fingernails, just sayin'...

I play hard and am very ham handed so I need strings and action that won't wimp out while lighter picks give me some wiggle room. If you want a finesse player I ain't it. Bends with 9's and 10's go right off the fretboard and break by the second song.

Thin Pick but could almost be considered Medium since I hold the pick sideways and use the grip area on the strings for bite.
