I only had the volume on 3 as the baby was sleeping. (Apologies for the wank fest. It's the pedal's fault. It just begs for tremolo picking and whammy abuse!) I show the settings when I hold the pedal up to the web cam. It's certainly not a high gain pedal - however, the Princeton, as you could tell, is super spanky clean. I haven't tried the Brat through my normal rig yet (a slightly overdriven 18 watt Marshall). I imagine that will result in a gainer sound. Also someone asked about phasing or flanging... it's just the crappy lap top mic. I should've taken the time to hook up a good mic like I usually do, but I was just fartin' around.
