An Epiphone, but still a good looker..

 

I'd agree with that 100%. Love the p-ups!

 

Also, I've played Epi's that felt and played as nice as a Gibson.

 

If Epiphone have got those ones properly sorted then IMHO they'd be a great buy.

To tell you what I have been noticing, the last Epiphone I just bought, Nighthawk re-issue, sounds, looks, and plays very well..

I am indeed impressed with their quality as of late..

I've always wondered why Black or White Les Pauls are always one color. Why not a White top like Waddy Wachtel uses, or a Black Top like the new Lou Pallo model.

 

This is just about exactly what I've been wanting since I saw Waddy Wachtels LP on a Stevie Nicks video. And being a Higher End Epi it should play as nice as my Joe Pass or a Sheraton. Ya know, with this and the Nighthawk out, there's just too many guitars to buy. [cursing]
