On the right, the girl's head appears to be a photo collage of the detail of part of the end the the fretboard, pickup, and soundhole of an acoustic-electric, probably a Gibson J 160-e looking at the pickup. The Ghost on the left looks like a cutout in a pickguard. High def photo might make the ghost a bit easier to sort out, but the other one is pretty obvious.
