Holy crap there's some real beauties in here [woot]

DaveInSpain I'd hang out with you brother [thumbup]

That "Hand painted Alhambra" is extremely cool and has to be a one-of-a-kind in the world - WOW!!!! Did you paint that? If so, you sir are a true master! If not - who did? My God that's so realistic it's haunting. Whoa!

Did you notice the inlays on the neck?

Thank you Sir. I love it too. It's an 83 Standard complete with the Chainsaw Hard case that came with it. It's my favorite and her name is Ruby. One good looking 30 year old! [wub]

A very interesting and eclectic selection of guitars, brc!

I am totally fascinated to see what you have amassed and cannot help but wonder what makes you choose which guitar to buy!

Would you care to enlighten us? I really am curious (but in a very good way, I assure you!).

I was up to 46 guitars at one time if I remember right, but thinned out the herd. Gave each of my grandkids a Strat, one wanted a Telecaster, pus a couple of amps, then sold some to make some room

I was up to 27 sold ten to one guy,I'm holding on to the rest

Real no rhyme or reason, I just seem to come across them at different times. I did <not much any more> guitar refinishing. So I would come across guitars in need of some repair,or work and latch on to them.

Its not difficult to wind up with many more than you need, it just happens

Good example, I found a 1966 Mosrite Ventures model at a garage sale for $75.00

They had no idea what it was and just wanted it gone. I refinished it, and it plays great
