Tman
Think I'll bid on the 1941 J-200 of Steven Stills. Maybe I'll call Steve up and try and work out a pre auction deal. Gotta think about it a bit.

Karloff
my "Holy Grail" guitar looks something like a '59 LP. Especially if it came with actress Gina Gershon ... I'm just sayin'... Leave me to my delusions, theyre all ive got ...
rocketman
So there was a video about Bob Dylan's electric guitar on that site. They never gave us the answer. Was it really his?
quapman
If I were a billionaire I would pay whatever it took to have Neil Young's Black Beauty. But only if I were a billionaire.
Jon S.
If I were a billionaire I would pay whatever it took to have Neil Young's Black Beauty. But only if I were a billionaire. +1. Old Black is one of the coolest guitars ever IMO. Wouldn't mind having Robbie's bronzed Strat from The Last Waltz either..

milod
Well... I guess I'm odd man out. I value guitars that make my playin' easier because their design, setup, etc., seem to help me play better. And I've been that way since I was a kid in terms of individual players. Mostly I didn't even know who was playing what, even when I was doing a lotta rock and country weekend gigs and would learn material from records to sound more like ... uhhhh ... whomever. <grin> Were I to be wealthy enough to have, say, an ES175 Joe Pass played or the Buchanan Tele, they'd simply be stuff to put into a shadowbox and on a wall somewhere. But as players? Nahhhh. I'd do better on Joe's 175, but a Tele neck and geometry steals about 20 percent of what I can do technically, and I ain't so talented I can give that away just to be using a certain guitar. m
kidblast
If there can only be ONE of these namesakes... it certainly (in my opinion) is not that.
