Embedded in the website provided by him I found the following Cipher code: -1-4+12-15-10+4. If you take each of the letters of G-I-B-S-O-N and add or subtract the number of letters from that code (so if you have an "O" with a -10 it becomes an "E"), you'll see who is behind this evil plot.
