nick_s
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=crxf8RDeWOA Monstrous tone from Tony Iommi, and insane vocals from the dearly departed Ronnie James Dio.
LarryUK
I'll upset people here. Although I'm from Aston (Where BS are from) I've always thought of Iommi as a mundane player. In the past, we'd have called him a 'Rhythm' player.

saturn
I like it Nick. I love Tony's live tone. He might not be the most technical player, but his tone is awesome and all his notes come out very clear and articulate. Here's another great one by him and Ronnie. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YvpSHR8x8Zg
Searcy
not upset, but here you go again... So, try this.. chop off a few fingertips of your fretting hand,, and see how you do just sayin... Not only that but the fact that his mangled fingers led to his early use of detuning which led to the overall heavy sound of Sabbath and therefore created all "heavy metal" that came after it means not only is he a great guitarist. He is a god. He invented heavy.
