Sugar Hill Bill

Murph

Recommended Posts

Hey gang, it's a blizzard here in Southern Illinois, so.......

My Uncle Bill died a while back, and I owed him a song. Vietnam Vet., Medevac Marine saved countless lives. My room is kinda bassy I guess, but here ya go. My daughter is playing bass.

Murph,

Really appreciated that song tribute to your Uncle, He is up above just layin back and diggin the vibes. As a Vietnam vet,USAF,loadmaster on a C-130,that song reaches out to all of us vets.

Your daughter looked as if she was[thumbup] really enjoying herself , big smile at the end,WAY TO GO!

Thanks for the kind words.

He was the youngest son, I was the first born of the oldest son and we were more like brothers. 10 years age difference.

He taught me how to ride a motorcycle and he put me on a stage in a bar in Clearwater Beach, Florida in 1969 (at age 11). He knew the Band.

I will miss him dearly.

Thanks again.
