Whitefang
JAWOHL! But, "blues" band? Looks and sounds more country to me. Not saying it's a bad thing, but just a misnomer. Whitefang

Whitefang I agree, country blues, or outlaw country, but after listening to several of their song's I like 90% of what I have heard.
merciful-evans
Yes I'd go n see em if I was over there. I'm not concerned with genres, but if push came to shove, I'd say western blues (as in C & W or western swing).

Whitefang
Maybe if someone opens a BLAU'S BIERGARTEN here in the states, we might coax them to come and play. Whitefang
jaxson50
Definitely country vibe with a large scoop of blues, this song however, has Jimmy Buffet written all over it.

Twang Gang
How do you tell if a blues band is from Austria? ................. They dress like cowboys. They might have their Americana a little mixed up, but they sound pretty good.
sparquelito
This band is definitely growing on me. 🙂

Whitefang This song has a Johnny Cash fatalistic vibe to it, (that's a good thing) Think this doesn't , and that's ok Edited July 15, 2021 by jaxson50

Sometimes its just simpler to stick with your lederhosen.
Whitefang
Man, in that 2nd vid the singer kinda looks like he could be Werner Klemper's(Col. Klink) love child. And gotta say the drummer has that Charlie Watts deadpan "I'm above all this" look down pat. And it's a pretty good tune too.
