What is this classic rock?

No.

Sucks way too bad to be classic, and it's way too heavy to be rock, at least not classic rock.

I'd call it 80's Metal - about the time "rock" music started to splinter apart and leave me behind.

Classic Rock was once defined as primarily seventies rock from they heyday.

That's what the "classic rock" radio stations focused on, with some good sixties stuff thrown in.

Eventually, the eighties rock started creeping in, notably AC/DC's Back In Black.

As time has passed, I guess anybody can call it whatever they want.
