bobrollar
So I have been messing around with some echo effects, and sometimes I think that there is just too much echo. Not sure what everyones thoughts were on the topic of delay/echo. I have a sample here: Echo Sample It should be the first track, but if its not, the one I am referencing is titled: 11/25 Gobble Jam Long Echo Version. Thanks..... brundaddy
One man's trash is another man's treasure. I've been known to go to outer space on echo feedback & delay sweeps. It's a matter of taste and style. Anybody can use echo to wild extremes, but some can make it sound cool.
EVOL!
I like it, but it depends on your intent. If you meant to do a trippy jam, yeah. If not lay off the delay.
surfpup
Generally speaking, when you start asking "is it too much?" then it is probably too much.

ChanMan
It's like salt. A little is good, and entire song is just.... salty. Ymmv.
Dub-T-123
Well it depends on the type of music I guess. I like French fries really salty but I like strawberries to be sweet.
