Well you know I asked the other week about these and I struck lucky :)

This is a C30 from the EbyG 86-89 Era

Its stamped 8801063 (So I'll assume for now that means January 1988 and the 63rd made that year)

Cost me a mere £50! (I'm as shocked as you...)

SS,

Did this relieve your Classical GAS?

Congrats....

[biggrin]

Up till now I've been using my dads for lessons so was looking for a good one to have for myself.

My primary focus is still electrics and I have a couple more to come...

PS the video has a NON classical acoustic guitar [flapper]

Very nice Snakes, nothing sounds more like a guitar than a nylon string classical.

I used to be able to play Classical Gas on a steel string, but it's been many years since then. I remember it being a EXTREMELY challenging piece.

I also remember seeing him play it on the Smother's Brothers show in the late 60's. I can't find that footage but here he is in 1988 playing with full orchestra:

Snakey, I just noticed your member title, can you enlighten me, what is a "K-ON! Guitar Specalist" ???

Its part of the reason that pushed me into playing (Along with other things)

Its an Anime about Music, The reason I call myself a specialist is I have many of the models used...

I just couldn't work out what K-ONI was, that explains it, thanks.
