Californiaman
Blackie Lawless and the boys were great. Heard Wild Child today and just couldn't help sharing. Rock on brothers and sisters! I'm a wild child. Come and love me. I want you. My heart's in exile. I need you to touch me. Cause I want what you do. I want you. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TsoLb-E7oy8
lagerfanny
I haven't heard that in many years. Kinda felt embarrassed to know the words and sing along just now!

Riffster
I laughed hard when Blackie Lawless said they would not have to put on a show if they only wrote better songs and knew hot to play better. He is a good guy. W.A.S.P. was a must back in the day.

Shnate McDuanus
1985? Hey, what do you know--a few good albums actually came out that year. In my book, W.A.S.P.'s The Last Command is not one of them. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AzFQDn9y2Mo http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ClBkyLehIBU I can think of more, but... W.A.S.P.? Seriously? Riffster
W.A.S.P.? Seriously? No not seriously, they were a fun band, a bit cheesy for my taste but still fun. You had to be there. By the way, I have the 2 vinyl records you posted above, the originals.
Searcy
I was 15 at the time and I took WASP as seriously as I took Kreator and Exodus.

Searcy
Well, Being that it was a TV show I would guess it was canned as most things were back then.... and now for that matter. In fact... check out the drums if you really want to know. They will have pads on them it they're doing a lip sync.
Californiaman
They really were an underrated band. Too bad people just didn't get it. But again, there was a lot of great headbanging/glam bands who were touring at this time. I was 20 and coming into my prime and this music, along with Motley Crew, White Snake, Poison, GNR, Skid Row, Tesla, Metalica, Triumph, Ozzy, Black Sabbath, AC/DC and a host of other great bands were the soundtrack to my life. Los Angeles and to lesser extent, Orange County were the place to be for music. Didn't matter if it was punk—my post from the weekend—metal, blues, or progressive music, I was there. I lived it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IKSlzpi_fuc
